Welcome to SportsCampo.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SportsCampo.com website ("Site") and services ("Services") offered by KBK, a company registered in Ireland at 80 Swanward Court, Parnell Road, Dublin 12 ("SportsCampo," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
- "User" or "You": Any individual or entity using the Site or Services.
- "Athlete": A User booking sports training through the Site.
- "Academy": Any sports training facility or academy listed on the Site.
- "Booking": A reservation made by an Athlete for training at an Academy.
- "Content": All text, images, videos, and other materials on the Site.
2. Use of the Site and Services
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a Booking.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers.
- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
3. Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Academy.
- You must pay the full amount at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices are in Euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by Academy and are clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Academy’s policy and our Refund Policy.
Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to a Booking must be requested through the Site and are subject to approval by the Academy and SportsCampo.
4. Intellectual Property
- All Content on the Site is owned by SportsCampo or its licensors and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
- SportsCampo acts as a booking platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the training provided by Academies.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
- We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
6. Privacy Policy
- Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
